What we collect
When you request an invitation, RSVP or send a partner enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, company, role, the shows you're interested in and any note you add.
When you apply to The Coffee Lounge, we also collect your company or yacht details, verification information and consent. If you arrive through a show link or QR code, we record the show source with your application to understand where applications come from.
How we use it
We use your details to read and reply to your request, to confirm your place at a gathering, and to send you information about future club mornings. We never sell your details.
The Coffee Lounge directory
The Coffee Lounge is a curated superyacht industry directory run by the club for signed-in captains, crew, owners and companies. A company listing shows business details such as the company name, contact name and role, location, website, services and a short description.
We only publish a listing with the company's consent. If we prepare a draft listing from your invitation request, it stays private until you review it, tick the consent box and publish it. If you decline, we delete the draft and its details. You can edit or remove your listing at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you're part of the club, or until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or stop hearing from us at any time. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email hello@yachtshowcoffeeclub.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
